The lure coursing Finnish championship compatition was held in a camping area in Humppi. The weather couldn’t have been better, although some might say it was an exhaustingly hot day for the dogs. Taikuri was entered, and I’m surprised how well he did both in the first run and in the finale. He ended up with a total of 505 points, which was the second highest score of the day, and the first place. Of course he also earned his second LC-CAC with this performance. I’m just pleased about how quickly he recovered after the performances so a good trip all in all!

I also got to meet Kerttu’s 4-month-old puppy girl Suklamuffinssi or “Kirppu”. Such a tiny bundle of happiness!
